Personalized customer care and expert knowledge WhatsUp Gold is very easy to use, but if you're a first-timer needing installation help, or a seasoned pro who just can't crack a tough configuration problem, you can call on Ipswitch's expert technical support team.
Ipswitch provides these resources to WhatsUp Gold customers:
- 60 days of telephone and e-mail technical support (A full year of telephone and e-mail support is part of the optional Service Agreement)
- Searchable Knowledge Base on the web
- Active customer e-mail discussion forum
All resources except telephone support are also available to evaluators.
Customer service professionals with proven network experience Ipswitch's technical support engineers have over fifty years of combined support experience, as well as extensive knowledge of Windows NT administration and TCP/IP networking. Each engineer specializes in one or more Ipswitch products and many have advanced certifications such as MCSE or CNE.
Speedy response to e-mail queries By using a sophisticated e-mail management system, the technical support team can track all e-mail support questions and follow-ups to route them to the correct engineer and make sure that they are answered in a timely manner. If the engineer doesn't have an answer, he can quickly send the question to a senior tech.
Extensive test beds and remote access capability If Ipswitch tech support can't duplicate your configuration on their test machines, they can log on to your systems remotely to troubleshoot the problem "on the spot."
