Problem: Last semester Jerry Loyd had problems doing his homework. It was not the workload that troubled him, but how to submit class projects to his professor. Loyd, who lives and works in Boise, Idaho, is obtaining his master's degree in engineering via satellite from California State University at Chico (CSU).
