If you've purchased and registered your Ipswitch product, and the above options did not answer your question, you can use e-mail support. Users are also entitled to warranty coverage for 60 days after their purchase date. Warranty coverage includes telephone support and all upgrades. We cannot provide phone support to evaluation software users.
